Features of Our New Product – Interior Car Panels
We had already mentioned the advantages of vacuum method that very suitable for the not-so-big volumes sales models before. Also, AY-AY INTERNATIONAL CO., LTD. introduced many different kinds of interior panel and parts that we offer: Late stage fender garnish, Rear garnish, Quarter panel, Fender garnish, Door mirror cover, Tail light garnish and Head light garnish. We can also do OEM and ODM, so it’s not a difficult thing for us to provide customized exterior parts.
Today, I would like to talk about interior panel products and parts.

1. Design
Interior panels and accessories designed according to the original car design are done by our designers.
It is an important work to grasp the characteristics of each car and shape it.
2. Modeling
Using CAD software, we will make the design in three dimensions.
3. Mold production
Based on modeling data, we produce production type with our own cutting machine
4. Prototype molding
Produce in the same way as actual products by vacuum forming
5. Cut prototype
Manually cut and remove the burrs and openings of the molded prototype, actually apply to the car body and adjust.
6. Molded sheet production
Molded sheets are produced according to the color and thickness of parts
7. Vacuum forming
Vacuum form in such a way that the sheet is attached to the mold
